Day 1 | Les Houches → Bionnassay
Meet your guide and group at 9 am near the Prarion cable car in Les Houches. Begin with a forest climb to the summit of Prarion (1,969 m), where your first panoramic views of Mont Blanc await. Descend to the Fioux refuge for the night.
Day 2 | Bionnassay → Les Contamines
Follow a scenic route beneath the glaciers, cross the Col de Tricot (2,120 m), and traverse the alpine pastures of Truc. Arrive in the village of Les Contamines.
Day 3 | Les Contamines → Les Chapieux
Ascend along the historic Roman road to the Col du Bonhomme (2,408 m) and Col des Fours (2,665 m). Enjoy a picnic with panoramic views before descending into the valley of Les Chapieux, home of Beaufort cheese.
Day 4 | Les Chapieux → Col Chécrouit (Italy)
Climb to the Col de la Seigne (2,514 m) on the French–Italian border. Enter the Aosta Valley through Val Veni, with the dramatic Italian side of Mont Blanc ahead. Overnight at a welcoming mountain hut.
Day 5 | Col Chécrouit → Refuge Bonatti
Descend through Courmayeur, passing its charming old village, then climb through Val Sapin and Bertone refuge. Spend the night at the famous Bonatti refuge, overlooking the Frébouze glacier.
If Bonatti is unavailable, private transfer to Courmayeur for the night.
Day 6 | Bonatti → La Fouly (Switzerland)
Climb with superb views of Mont Dolent before crossing the Grand Col Ferret (2,537 m), the border into Switzerland. Descend past alpine meadows and the hamlet of La Peule before reaching La Fouly, a postcard-perfect village in the Valais.
Day 7 | La Fouly → Champex
Follow Val Ferret through traditional Swiss villages and forests. Arrive in Champex, known for its beautiful alpine lake, and settle into a cozy inn.
Day 8 | Champex → Trient
Traverse high above the Rhône Valley, with vineyards stretching in the distance. Descend to Trient along the historic Bisse du Trient irrigation channel. If conditions allow, there is the option to cross the majestic Fenêtre d’Arpette (2,665 m).
Day 9 | Trient → Le Tour (France)
Cross back into France via the Col de Balme. Enjoy sweeping views of the Chamonix valley before descending into the small village of Le Tour.
Day 10 | Le Tour → Chamonix
Enter the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve, following a high-level balcony path with some of the most iconic views of Mont Blanc. Traverse towards La Flégère and Planpraz, then descend by cable car into Chamonix. A short bus transfer takes you back to Les Houches to complete the circuit.
Trip ends around 4:30 pm.
