https://www.waygooutdoor.com is a website operated by Waygo Outdoor UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By using the Website, Users confirm that they accept these terms of use (“Terms”) and agree to comply with them. If Users do not agree with these Terms, they must not use the Website. 

This document constitutes a legal agreement between you, “The User”, and Waygo Outdoor and governs your use of the website and, in any case, the use of the Services provided. For simplicity, "User", "you", "your" and similar terms refer to you, the User. "Waygo Outdoor", "we", "our" refer to Waygo Outdoor UK Ltd. The "Website" refers to this website. "Services" means the features you can use through the Website. "Contract" refers to this document. The conclusion of the Contract takes place in English.

Other definitions can be found in the "Definitions" section at the bottom of this Agreement.

These Terms refer to the following additional terms:

  • Privacy Policy, which sets out information about how we will collect and process Users’ personal information.

  • Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies on the Website.

If you purchase travel packages from us, our Booking Conditions will apply to the sale.

Transfer of the contract

We reserve the right to transfer, surrender, arrange by novation or subcontract all or some of the rights or obligations deriving from the Terms, provided that the rights of the User are not affected. You may not cede or transfer your rights or obligations under the Terms without the written permission of WayGo.

About the Website

The Website allows Users to:

  • check destinations and dates of trips presented by WayGo;

  • submit contact requests to WayGo;

  • configure Travel Packages;

  • conclude the purchase of a Travel Package.

The features provided by WayGo requiring registration are reserved for Users over 18.

Registration, Content and Prohibited Use

Registration
You are not required to register to explore the Website. However, certain features (newsletter, package calculation, booking) require forms to be filled out with complete and truthful data, accepting the Privacy Policy and the Terms. For more details, see WayGo's Privacy Policy.

If you choose or are provided with login credentials, you must keep them confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Canceling the User account

Registered Users may deactivate or delete their accounts any time via the Website or by contacting WayGo. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts without notice if Terms are violated, harm may be caused, laws may be breached, investigations are required, or content is deemed inappropriate.

Contents available on the Website

All content is protected by copyright. A personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license is granted to Users. Copying, sharing, modifying, publishing, transmitting, sublicensing, or creating derivative work is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

If you print, copy, or download Website content in breach of these Terms, you must destroy or return all copies.

Linking to the Website

You may link to the home page fairly and legally without damaging our reputation. You may not:

  • imply association or endorsement without permission;

  • frame the Website;

  • link to pages other than the home page;

  • link from any site violating the “Use not allowed” section.

We may withdraw linking permissions at any time. Contact WayGo for other linking requests.

Rights to content provided by Users

By uploading content, you grant WayGo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publish, transmit, and distribute such content. We may disclose your identity in cases of claims. We may remove posts violating the “Use not allowed” clause. You are responsible for backing up your content.

Contents provided by third parties

Content provided by third parties is not moderated. We are not responsible for such content or accessibility.

Services provided by third parties

You may use third-party services after accepting their terms. WayGo is not responsible for third-party services.

Linked Websites

Links to third-party sites are for information only and do not indicate endorsement. We have no control over these sites.

Viruses

We do not guarantee that the Website is free from viruses. Users must use their own protection software and must not harm the Website (e.g., viruses, unauthorized access, DoS attacks). Violations will be reported to authorities.

Use not allowed

Users may not:

  • reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Website;

  • circumvent security systems;

  • copy or modify content by WayGo;

  • use automated tools (robots, crawlers) to access or index the Website;

  • rent or sublicense the Website;

  • defame, harass, or violate others’ rights;

  • publish illegal or inappropriate content;

  • steal accounts;

  • use the Website to promote products or services;

  • misuse the Website in violation of the Terms.

Purchase procedure and user rights

Estimates on the Website are indicative only and may vary significantly. They are not binding. Contact WayGo for more information.

Payment methods
WayGo uses third-party payment tools and does not access payment data.

Warranty, compensation and limitation of liability

Exclusion of liability
WayGo provides the Website “as is” without guarantees beyond those required by law.

For businesses, WayGo excludes liability for business losses, indirect damages, outages due to force majeure, or misuse by Users.

For consumers, the Website is for private use only. We are not liable for business losses. If defective digital content damages your device, we will repair or compensate you.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify WayGo for damages caused by content you upload or violations of the Terms.

Interruption or suspension of the Website

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend services for maintenance or emergencies. Suspensions linked to User issues do not limit our right to claim damages.

Resale of the Service

Users may not reproduce or resell the Website or Services without permission from WayGo.

Intellectual property rights

All trademarks, logos, images, and materials related to WayGo are owned by the company or licensors. Third-party trademarks remain owned by their respective owners.

Age requirements

Browsing is open to all users, but additional features require providing age and other data. Purchase features are limited to adults.

Changes to these Terms

We may change the Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

Communications

All communications must be sent through the contacts in the Agreement.

Ineffectiveness and Partial Nullity

If a clause is invalid, the rest remain effective.

Applicable law and competent court

For consumers: governed by English law; courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, with exceptions for NI and Scotland residents.
For businesses: governed by English law; exclusive jurisdiction of England & Wales courts.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - INTRODUCTION

By accessing the Waygo Outdoor Web Site and/or using the services offered on the Waygo Outdoor Web Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions below (including the privacy policy).

2. DEFINITIONS

"Waygo Outdoor", "we", "us" and "our(s)" refer to Waygo Outdoor.

"Site" refers to the website, including mobile versions, on which Waygo Outdoor's services are made available.

"Conditions of Sale" refers to the general conditions of sale of travel packages.

"Owner" refers to the company Waygo Outdoor.

"Service" means the features and functionality of the Site that can be used by the User.

"Trips" means the trip, vacation, all-inclusive circuit resulting from the combination of at least two of the following elements sold at a flat rate price:
(a) transportation;
(b) lodging;
(c) travel services not ancillary to transportation or lodging that constitute a significant part of the package;
(d) other travel services not integral to (a), (b), (c).

"Terms and Conditions" means these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site.

"User" "you" "your" refer to the natural or legal person using the Site.

"Consumer User" means a natural person using the service for purposes unrelated to business activities.

3. OWNER OF THE SITE AND RELATED SERVICES

4. PRESENTATION OF THE SITE AND RELATED SERVICES

The Site allows the User to:

  • check the destinations and dates of Trip offered by Waygo Outdoor

  • submit contact/information requests

  • configure a customized Trip

  • conclude the purchase of a Trip

The Service is reserved for Users of legal age.

5. OPERATION OF THE PORTAL

Waygo Outdoor will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Site is accessible.
Temporary unavailability is possible.
System maintenance may require service suspension.

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION

The Owner may suspend or delete an account if:

  • the User violates the Terms

  • usage may harm the Owner or others

  • User’s conduct violates laws

  • legal investigation is in progress

  • the account is inappropriate or offensive

  • unauthorized access is suspected

  • force majeure requires emergency action

  • the User is involved in litigation endangering the service

  • ordered by a court

Damages arising from User-related suspension may be claimed by the Owner.

7. SITE REGISTRATION

  • Registration is optional for browsing

  • Required for certain functions (quotes, purchase)

  • User must provide mandatory data and accept Privacy Policy

  • Each account is for one User only

  • Password confidentiality is the User's responsibility

  • Owner may disable accounts in case of breach

Users may request account deletion at any time.

8. USER BEHAVIOR AND PROPRIETARY MATERIAL

Except for personal data, any material posted on the Site is treated as non-confidential.
User must not upload:

  • threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal content

  • any content lacking proper licenses

  • content encouraging criminal behavior

  • harmful software, viruses

  • any misuse of the Site

Waygo Outdoor will cooperate with authorities in case of illegal activity.

9. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site belongs to Waygo Outdoor or its licensors.

The User receives only a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license.

User may not:

  • copy, share, sell, modify, sublicense, or create derivative works

  • reverse engineer or hack the Site

  • use robots/scrapers

  • defame, harass, or violate others’ rights

  • post illegal material

  • use accounts belonging to others

  • promote or advertise products to Users

  • misuse the Site

Trademarks and logos belonging to Waygo Outdoor remain its exclusive property.

10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Users access the Site at their own risk.
Waygo Outdoor is not liable for:

  • damages from use or download

  • third-party content

  • websites linked from the Site

  • business losses, reputational damage, or indirect damages

  • service interruption from force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, outages, attacks)

  • improper use by User

User agrees to indemnify the Owner against claims arising from violations.

11. PROCESSING OF DATA

Data usage is governed by Waygo Outdoor’s Privacy Policy.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms follow the laws of UK.
Disputes involving Consumer Users follow the jurisdiction of the User’s residence.

13. CHANGES OF TERMS

The Owner may modify these Terms by publishing updates on the Site.

14. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

The Owner may assign rights under these Terms.
Users may not transfer their rights without written consent.

15. RELEASE OF IMAGE RIGHTS

The User grants Waygo Outdoor free permission to use images/videos taken during trips for marketing and promotional use.
The User waives any compensation and guarantees no third-party claims.

16. COMMUNICATIONS

All communications should be addressed to Waygo Outdoor using the contact information provided.

17. USE OF COOKIES

See the Site’s cookie policy.

18. INEFFECTIVENESS AND PARTIAL NULLITY

If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force.
