Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,360m)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, your guide will provide a detailed briefing on the trek, safety, and local customs.
Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Dharapani
Approx. 10 hours by jeep
A long but scenic drive takes us from Kathmandu to Dharapani (1,950m) We first drive 6 hours to Besisahar, then continue 4 hours by jeep along rough mountain roads following the Marsyangdi River. Overnight at a lodge in Dharapani.

Day 03: Trek to Chame (2,710m)
Trek approx. 5–6 hours
We begin our trek through pine and oak forests, passing small villages with breathtaking views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II. We reach Chame, the district headquarters of Manang, and can enjoy the local hot springs.

Day 04: Trek to Pisang (3,300m)
Trek approx. 5–6 hours
The trail narrows through steep cliffs above the Marshyangdi River before opening into a broad valley. We pass the striking Paungda Danda rock face before reaching Lower Pisang for the night.

Day 05: Trek to Manang (3,540m) via Upper Pisang
Trek approx. 6–7 hours
We follow the Upper Pisang route via Geru for stunning views of the Annapurna range. The air becomes drier as we approach Manang. Along the way, we visit Barge Monastery, the largest in the region.

Day 06: Acclimatization Day in Manang (3,540m)
Optional 6-hour hike to Ice Lake (4,500m)
Today we rest and acclimatize. If feeling strong, you may hike to Ice Lake, which offers incredible mountain views. Overnight in Manang.

Day 07: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4,175m)
Trek approx. 6 hours
After breakfast, we pass Khangsar and Shree Kharka before following a rugged high trail to Tilicho Base Camp, surrounded by dramatic cliffs and alpine terrain.

Day 08: Visit Tilicho Lake (4,920m)
Trek approx. 6–7 hours round trip
We start early to visit Tilicho Lake, one of the world’s highest lakes. The turquoise water mirrors the snowy peaks of Annapurna and Tilicho. After exploring, we descend to Shree Kharka for the night.

Day 09: Trek to Yak Kharka (4,110m)
Trek approx. 4 hours
We descend gently, then climb through juniper meadows and yak pastures. After crossing a small river and passing mani walls, we arrive at Yak Kharka.

Day 10: Trek to Thorong Phedi (4,600m)
Trek approx. 3–4 hours
A short but steady climb brings us to Thorong Phedi, the last village before the pass. The mountain views of Thorong Peak and Khatungkan are spectacular.

Day 11: Trek to Muktinath (3,800m)
Trek approx. 7–8 hours
We begin before dawn to cross the iconic Thorong La Pass(5,416m), one of the world’s highest trekking passes. The panoramic summit view rewards every step. We then descend to the sacred town of Muktinath.

Day 12: Trek to Jomsom (2,700m)
Trek approx. 5 hours
In the morning, we visit Muktinath Temple before trekking through Kagbeni, with stunning views of Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri. We reach Jomsom by afternoon.

Day 13: Drive to Pokhara (820m)
Approx. 7–8 hours by jeep or 25 min flight
A scenic drive through the Kali Gandaki Valley leads us to Pokhara. Optionally, you can take a short flight for a more relaxed transfer.

Day 14: Drive to Kathmandu (1,360m)
Approx. 6 hours by bus or 25 min flight
Return to Kathmandu, enjoying riverside views and mountain scenery along the way. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant.
